To book you onto a class or course of your choice

To send you information about the class or course of your choice that you might need

To send a reminder about an upcoming course

To discuss your dietary requirements if you have any, or to respond to any questions you may have

To keep you informed about any cancellations or changes to your class or course

To send you the up to date information about our upcoming events and activities that you request from us, by joining our email list.

We do not share your personal information with other parties, but your personal information is stored in a digital cloud managed by Wix, the software hosting and data storage company that we use to provide our website services.

Wix store the data on our website, including the personal data of our users, in cloud storage facilities that are based outside the UK.

 

Wix assure their customers (us) in their own privacy policy,  that they have implemented and will maintain industry-standard technical and organizational security measures as required to appropriately ensure the protection of Users-of-Users Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Users-of-Users Information, and the confidentiality and integrity of Users-of-Users Information, including those measures set forth in the Wix Security Documentation.

Lawful bases and data protection rights

Under UK data protection law, we must have a “lawful basis” for collecting and using your personal information.

  • Legal obligation – we have to collect or use your information so we can comply with the law. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to erasure, the right to object and the right to data portability.

  • Our right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you. 

  • Your right to withdraw consent – When we use consent as our lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. ​
