BOOKING
To book a place at a workshop or event, please email us at the address below
or call or text us on 07990553882. We ask that you include your full name, address and contact details, including a phone number, along with the course or workshop that you wish to join, in your message. We will let you know if there are spaces available and reserve you a place, pending payment. All bookings for workshops and events remain provisional until we receive your payment in our bank account. Once your payment has been received, we will confirm your booking by email or phone/text message.
​Payment terms
We require payment at least two weeks before your chosen start date to ensure that your payment can clear and be processed in time for us to confirm your place.

​Alternatively, Cheques made out to Oyster Community Press CIC can be posted to Marmalade Print Studio, C/O Oyster Community Press CIC, 36 Pratt Street, Soham, Ely, CB7 5BH.
Please include a note with your cheque, stating your name, address, contact phone number and the course that you wish to join. If you include an email address, we will email you a receipt for your records, once your cheque has cleared.

These must be redeemed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For courses, Oyster Community Press CIC will refund the course payment, minus an administration fee of 25% if you cancel your place up to 10 days prior to the course start date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 10 days before the course starts.
For workshops, (one day and half day) Oyster Community Press CIC will refund the workshop payment, minus an administration fee of 25% if you cancel up to 48 hours prior to the workshop date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before the workshop starts.
